Shipping Policy:
Most custom orders in the U.S. will be charged a flat shipping rate of $5.00, unless rush or overnight shipping has been requested. Oversized packages or shipping to international addresses will be charged based on applicable USPS rates. Shipping charges will be included in your invoice prior to purchase.
Return Policy:
All of our products are handmade. Each item is unique and minor inconsistencies in charms and bead styles/colors are to be expected. Charm sets are designed using "themes" but each set may contain a variation of charms. If you have specific charms or color requests, please include those requests in your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition/packaging and you will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping. If for some reason I am not able to complete your order as requested, I will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive a fill refund.
